David is the Founder/Director of Foursyte Technology, where he leads company strategy and customer engagement. He is a business/technology lawyer and an active member of several companies and boards, including Passage Virtual, Ursa Mobile Inc., and Praxxas Inc. He is also the founder and principal of Foursyte Law Group (FLG), a business and technology law firm based in DC. He formerly served as a Senior Advisor and Counsel in the Department of Defense, where he supported counter-terrorism and intelligence programs, IT development, cybersecurity, and advanced R&D.

Chris Dufour is VP for Development and Services. His career spans over 20 years and includes policy analysis, communications, cyber, social media, and national security. Prior to joining FT, Chris served as a technology leader with BlackHorse Solutions and White Canvas Group, where he helped develop advanced cyber and open source intelligence solutions. He also held several senior positions in the Department of Defense, including the Army’s IED Task Force and the DoD Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO).

Iqbal Aasim is a Senior Advisor and the Director of the Blockchain Foundry. Iqbal has broad experience in consulting and technology sectors where he has focused on advanced technology, logistics, supply chain optimization, and digital modernization. He has advised clients across a range of industries and supported critical outcomes through business assessment, strategic sourcing, and advanced data analytics. Iqbal earned his degrees in supply chain technology and is a member of the Government Blockchain Association.

Gabriela Cujba serves as the Director for Operations and Solutions. Gabriela has broad experience in ventures and technology development, including founding roles in Praxxas Inc., Foursyte Law Group, and other technology startups. Gabriela has been a freelance editor and writer and has worked with a variety of clientele and companies across a range of industries, most recently as a grant writer for federal hazard mitigation applications and editor for a New York based non-profit organization that works closely with the United Nations and diplomatic missions.
